Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic Spirit Co., an Australia-based-based provider of a line of non-alcoholic spirits, secured a total of $11.5m (USD) in growth capital at the close of seed round funding.
Backers included VRD Investment, Doehler Ventures, DLF Venture, and Maropost Ventures, as weel as several European, American, and Australasian family offices and HNWI.
The funding provides ongoing investment for portfolio growth, market expansion, and product innovation.
Launched in Australia in July 2019 by Mark Livings and Carl Hartmann, Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic Spirits is a range of 13 alcohol-free classic spirits, created using food science and flavor architecture. The company is currently available in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, and throughout Europe, with additional countries launching every month.
