Swoop, a Los Angeles, CA-based developer of a tech solution for group mobility owners, raised $3.2m in seed funding.
The round was led by Signia Venture Partners, South Park Commons, and a handful of angel investors.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand its development efforts and its business reach.
Led by Amir Ghorbani, CEO and Co-Founder, Swoop allows vehicle owners to book, dispatch, track and manage all their rides through a SaaS tool. Companies such as Google, Nike, and Airbnb use its booking platform for their group outings. Swoop then passes on these leads to the operators using its SaaS tool, providing additional value to these local businesses.
