Quantexa, a NYC-based contextual decision intelligence software company, raised $64.7m in Series C funding.
The round was led by Evolution Equity Partners, with participation from existing investors Dawn Capital, AlbionVC and HSBC and new investors British Patient Capital and ABN AMRO Ventures. They joined previous investor Accenture Ventures in this round. In conjunction with the funding, Richard Seewald, Founding and Managing Partner at Evolution Equity Partners, will join Quantexa’s board.
The company intends to use the funds to expand further into North America, Asia-Pacific and European territories, and accelerate the product innovation roadmap.
