GoSecure (fka CounterTack), a Montreal, Canada and La Jolla, CA-based provider of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solutions, closed a $20M USD Series E funding.
The round was led by Yaletown Partners, together with Bank of Montreal and existing investors SAP/NS2 and Razor’s Edge.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth across North America.
