Advertima, a St.Gallen, Switzerland-based computer vision startup, closed a €15m Series A funding round.
The round was led by Fortimo Group.
The company intends to use the funds to continue their international expansion and develop their innovative platform through AI and machine learning.
Led by CEO Iman Nahvi, Advertima provides a computer vision platform that comprehend human interaction in physical retail spaces, and then instantly delivers relevant content in real-time to customers through its smart signage solutions. The solution anonymises and creates meta-data that retailers can then use to deliver content more effectively, manage stock control and creates a more frictionless and relevant experience for consumers.
They are already working with 14 companies, including SPAR, in 8 countries.
