KSM Consulting, an Indianapolis-based technology services firm specializing in IT, data analytics and management consulting, acquired Advocate Solutions, an IT services firm providing mission-critical program and project management for state and local government agencies.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the deal, which follows the June 2019 acquisition of Connect Think, an Indianapolis-based app-development company, KSM Consulting gains offices in Columbus, OH and Lansing, MI to continue to serve Advocate clients across Ohio, Michigan, and Massachusetts. It also looks to build upon its contact center partnership with Cincinnati Bell Technology Services.
Founded in 2008 and led by Mark Caswell, CEO, KSM Consulting is a technology, data and management consulting firm, which works in both the public and private sectors across all industries to allow clients to fulfill their missions, meet their goals, and solve challenges.
