CognitOps Raises $3M in Seed Funding

CognitOps, an Austin, Texas-based AI startup software models automates warehouse management, completed its seed round of $3m.

The round was led by Chicago Ventures with participation from Schematic Ventures, CEAS Investments, and Churton Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product expansion and go-to-market efforts led by newly appointed CRO Roger Counihan. Counihan joined CognitOps from Fortna, Inc, where he was Vice President of Sales. At Fortna, Counihan built an industry-leading Life Sciences practice and led clients through strategic, complex technology designs and implementations.

Founded in 2018 by Alex Ramirez, CEO, CognitOps is an AI company focused on improving warehouse management and enabling businesses to create sound supply chains.
