Bepro, a Hamburg, Germany-based provider of a football tech platform, raised €8.8m in funding.
Backers included Altos Ventures, Softbank Ventures, Saehan Ventures, Springcamp and Miraeasset Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to develop the platform and expand internationally, mainly in Europe.
Founded in 2015 and led by Luis Kang, CEO, Bepro provides a sports analysis platform featuring training recording, live coding and real-time remote access. It is already used by over 230 teams in 10 global markets, including Europe’s top leagues like the Premier League, Bundesliga, La Liga, Serie A and Ligue 2.
