Authenticx, an Indianapolis, Indiana-based software company that leverages customer interactions to provide insights for healthcare organizations, closed an $800k equity funding round.
The round was led by M25 with participation Elevate Ventures and Innovatemap Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Victor Gutwein of M25 and Jane Niederberger, a representative of Elevate Ventures, joined Authenticx Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by Amy Brown, Founder and CEO, Authenticx provides a platform that makes it possible to combine existing customer interactions across call center recorded calls, texts, chats, emails and more into a single platform. Healthcare organizations, such as pharma and health insurance, can then organize and structure conversational data through a customized dashboard, and therefore make insights that inform business decisions. The software platform analyzes and activates customers’ voices to reveal opportunities in healthcare.
