Paytronix Raises $10M in Funding

Paytronix Systems, Inc., a Newton, MA – based advanced digital guest experience platform, secured an additional $10m in funding.

The round was led by Great Hill Partners and the company’s cofounders Matt d’Arbeloff and Andrew Robbins, as well as Tim Ridgley, founder of Open Dining, which was acquired by Paytronix in August 2019. Within the financing is expanded credit from Silicon Valley Bank.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand its business reach.

Led by Andrew Robbins, CEO, Paytronix provides restaurant, convenience-store, grocery, and retail clients with SaaS customer experience management (CXM) solutions. They are used by more than 400 brands across 30,000 locations. Through one-to-one engagement with more than 285 million guests via Order & Delivery, Loyalty, CRM, and Stored Value, Paytronix generates Big Data consumer insights that motivate increased visits and spend.
