Ontic, an Austin, TX-based protective intelligence software platform for businesses to proactively address physical safety, raised $12m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Felicis Ventures with participation from existing investors Silverton Partners, Floodgate and Village Global.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the expansion of its presence across enterprise businesses and family offices, product development and sales to enter new markets.

The company works with Fortune 5000 companies and leading educational institutions.
