Octopus Investments provided the funding.
The company intends to use the funds to continue global expansion, strengthen its sales and marketing operations, and further invest in customer success and product development teams.
Led by Neil Hammerton, CEO and Co-Founder, Natterbox provides a global business phone system managed entirely within Salesforce. The platform, available on the Salesforce AppExchange, allows companies to have interactions with customers over the phone enabling to accelerate productivity, become more data driven and offer a more streamlined, and personalised customer experience. The company’s Freedom interface gives users the ability to work from anywhere, on whichever device they want, while Natterbox for Remote Workers enables the set up of new users in as little as 15 minutes. The company, which also has offices in both Sydney and Chicago, serves Groupon, Legal & General, Fruit of the Loom, Groupon and Virgin Wines.
