Catalyst, a NYC-based SaaS platform for Customer Success, raised $25M in Series B funding.
The round, which brought total funding to $45.4M since launching two years ago, was led by Spark Capital with participation from Accel.
This new round of funding will go toward significant market expansion, scaling new employee growth, and further community building.
Founded by CEO Edward Chiu and COO Kevin Chiu, Catalyst offers a workflow software platform for Customer Success teams, product managers, marketers, data scientists, and executives to engage strategically around their existing customer relationships.
Other investors in the company include Compound, Ludlow Ventures, True Ventures and WorkBench.
