Adverity, a Vienna, Austria-based data analytics company targeting applications in media, marketing, and ecommerce areas, raised $30m in Series C financing.
The round, which brought the total raised to date to $50m, was led by Sapphire Ventures with participation from existing backers Mangrove Capital Partners, Felix Capital, SAP.iO, and aws Gründerfonds.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to develop its technology platform and expand its commercial teams.
Founded in 2015 and led by CEO Alexander Igelsböck, Adverity provides an intelligent marketing analytics platform specialized in enabling data-driven marketing teams to make decisions and improve performance. Through automating data integration from hundreds of sources, the vendor-agnostic, end-to-end platform delivers a single view of marketing performance across a business. With the help of data visualizations, Adverity reveals tangible business impact of marketing activities and improves performance by uncovering real-time opportunities to accelerate growth with augmented analytics. The company currently serves leading brands and agencies, including IKEA, Red Bull, GroupM, Unilever, Omnicom, Barilla, JD Sports and Forbes. It also has offices in London and New York.
