Sorensen Capital Partners, a Lehi, Utah-based growth-focused investment firm, is raising $500m for its fourth fund.
According to a regulatory form filed with the SEC, Sorensen Capital Partners IV, LP, has not raised funds, yet.
The document lists Ronald Mika, co-founder and managing partner, as person related with the raise.
Sorensen Capital Partners is a growth-focused investment firm with expertise in software, healthcare, aerospace and energy. The firm offers flexible growth financing for minority or majority positions, ranging between $10m and $40m. Founded in 2003, it currently has more than $1 billion in capital under management.
The investment team of the firm also includes Managing Partners Luke Sorenson, Mark Ludwig, Rob Rueckert, Ken Elefant, and Managing Directors LeGrand Lewis, Peter Sturgeon, Bert Roberts, and Brady Broadbent.
