Mize, a Temple Terrace, FL-based provider of connected customer experience platform and service lifecycle management software for manufacturers, received an equity investment from M33 Growth.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth, drive customer success and product innovation.
Mize offers a platform that keeps original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) connected with customers throughout the post-sale customer management process. The company’s Connected Customer Experience Platform brings together customer portals, knowledge resources, product registration, warranties and plans, servicing, parts and repairs post-sale in a connected way to allow manufacturers to manage warranties, servicing, parts and repairs. The platform is used by many of the top OEMs in the heavy equipment, consumer durables and automotive markets.
