Reggora, a Boston, MA-based residential appraisal software platform provider, raised $10m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Spark Capital, with participation from Boston Seed Capital.
The company, which has raised nearly $15m in total, intends to use the funds to add to its engineering, sales, and operations teams, expand its nationwide presence, and continue to innovate in the real estate valuation space.
Led by Brian Zitin, CEO and co-founder, and Will Denslow, CTO and co-founder, Reggora has built a modern appraisal technology platform that brings mortgage lenders and appraisal vendors onto a single core platform. It provides mortgage lenders and appraisal vendors with a two-sided software that streamlines the appraisal process end to end. Through advanced and customizable workflows, core features include payment processing, algorithmic appraisal ordering, automatic rule-based reviews, appraisal delivery, status updates, and more.
