Pura, an Orem, UT-based smarthome fragrance company, raised $4.4M in seed funding.
The round was led by Kickstart Seed Fund with participation from James Harden, Jeff Levin, Break Trail Ventures, Manoel Amorim and Jeff Danley.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its product line offering as well as broaden and accelerate product development and fragrance innovation.
Led by co-founder and CEO Bruno Lima, anf Richie Stapler, Co-Founder, and Chief Creative Officer, Pura is a fragrance company which combines smartphone technology and fragrance into a device and delivery system that appeals to a broad base of homeowners. The home device is able to deliver programed scents throughout home from an app anytime, anywhere. Each of Pura’s designer-grade fragrances are formulated with fine, responsibly sourced ingredients.
