Intezer Raises $15M in Series B Funding

Intezer, a New York-based cybersecurity company, closed a $15m Series B funding.

The round was led by OpenView with participation from Intel Capital, Magma, Samsung NEXT, a USAA affiliate, and Alon Cohen, the founder and former CEO of CyberArk, and co-founder of Intezer.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate sales growth and expand the technology into the larger threat protection market.

Led by Itai Tevet, CEO and co-founder, Intezer leverages Genetic Malware Analysis technology to equip enterprises with an advanced way to detect modern cyber threats, while providing deep context on how to effectively respond to incidents.

The company offers solutions for cloud security, incident response automation, threat intelligence, and more. Intezer recently launched a new runtime cloud security product, Intezer Protect, based on the Genetic Malware Analysis technology.

The company currently serves a diverse client portfolio including Fortune 500 companies, modern startups, and elite government agencies.
