Caspar-Health Raises €5.3M in Series A Funding

Caspar-Health, a Berlin, Germany-based tech digital therapy platform provider, raised €5.3m in Series A funding.

The round was led by Ananda Impact Ventures, with participation from previous investors Atlantic Labs, Think.Health Ventures and Helmut C. Nanz.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand its platform and its business reach in Germany and abroad.

Co-founded in 2016 by Maximilian Michels, Benjamin Pochhammer and Maximilian von Waldenfels, Caspar-Health provides a SaaS based digital therapy platform for doctors and therapists to create individually customized, interdisciplinary therapy plans and track the recovery progress and development regardless of time and place. The app enables doctors and therapists to monitor the recovery process, communicate important information directly to each patient and empower patients to self-exercise continuously with support of qualitative materials. Over 100 hospitals currently use Caspar-Health for their therapeutic measures.
