Hallura Closes $7M Financing Round

Hallura Ltd., a Yokneam, Israel-based aesthetic medical company developing a new generation of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Dermal Fillers, closed its Series A round of $7M.

The round was led by a group of US, Europe and Israel-based private investors.

The company intends to use the funds to complete its clinical trials and register its proprietary Hyaluronic Acid Dermal Fillers in Europe.

Founded in November 2017 by Dr. Stéphane Meunier, Mrs. Alona Gellerman, Dr. Per Hedén and Dr. Shimon Eckhouse, Hallura has developed HA Dermal Fillers based on proprietary technology developed over the last two years. Its products are based on a crosslinking mechanism which maintains and protects natural HA long chains.
It is a portfolio company of Alon Medtech Ventures.
