Automation Anywhere, a San Jose, Calif.-based Robotic Process Automation (RPA) company, raised $290m in Series B funding at a post money valuation of $6.8 billion.
The round was led by Salesforce Ventures with participation from existing investors SoftBank Investment Advisers and Goldman Sachs.
The company intends to use the capital to expand its reach and advance its focus on improving human-to-bot collaboration through attended automation, resulting in enhanced customer experiences and increased employee productivity.
