Its Home Care portfolio, which accounts for the vast majority of the turnover, is the market leader in dishwash, fabric conditioner, hard surface cleaner, and toilet care.
Over the past years, the company expanded into Personal Care and Baby Care.
The recently launched small Foods portfolio of Astrix was not included in the transaction.
