Sweepr, a Dublin, Ireland-based provider of a smart-home customer service platform, raised a $9m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Draper Esprit, with participation from Frontline.vc.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.
Founded in 2017 and led by CEO Alan Coleman, Sweepr provides a voice-activated smart-home customer service platform to reduce stress for residents and support teams alike.
The platform allows service providers and manufacturers to integrate AI-powered, NLP-content rich, customer care capabilities into their products and services and handles customer issues on any internet-enabled device or appliance, including routers, dishwashers, doorbells, streaming services or tablets.
