SharpCloud Raises £4.5M in Series A Funding

SharpCloudSharpCloud, a London, UK-based provider of visual software for business collaboration, raised £4.5M in funding.

YFM Equity Partners made the investment.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach, as well as to accelerate its product development roadmap.

Led by Sarim Khan, Co-founder and CEO, SharpCloud provides a visual communication software platform for enterprises to get access to data driven views including related collateral and videos – called ‘Stories’, which can be applied to visually communicating Strategic Workshops & Roadmapping, Project Portfolios & Responsibility Matrix, and Stakeholder Dashboards. Customers can find value in the ability to present relationships in Stories, typically; Key People, Innovations, Risks and Projects.
Customers Include ConocoPhillips, US Government, Thermo Fisher Scientific, KTN, Network Rail, Transport Systems Catapult and CGI.

SharpCloud is Software as a Service hosted from the Microsoft Azure cloud and can also be provided as on-premises software.
