PeerNova, Inc., a San Jose, Calif.-based enterprise software company in the financial industry, raised $31M in growth funding.
The round, which brought total fundraising to $74M, was led by existing investor Mosaik Partners, with participation from Medici Ventures and Intuitive Venture Partners.
