Daxko Buys TennisSource

TennisSource LogoDaxko, a Birmingham, Ala.-based provider of tech solutions, experienced services, and deep insights to all kinds of member-based health and wellness centers, acquired TennisSource, a provider of tennis facility management software solutions.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

Coupled with its existing Club Automation brand*, which serves over 200 tennis centers, Daxko further enhances its offering for tennis clubs in the health and wellness industry.

Founded in 1998 and led by Ron Lamb, CEO, Daxko provides comprehensive technology solutions, experienced services, and deep insights to all kinds of member-based health and wellness centers—enterprise health clubs, boutique fitness studios, campus recreation facilities, integrated wellness centers, YMCAs, and JCCs.
The company serves customers spanning 68 countries, 10,000 facilities and over 20 million members.

Founded by Chief Operating Officer Richard Moore and Chief Executive Officer Kristina Moore and also led by Richard Moore, COO, TennisSource provides software to assist with the day to day management of sports facilities with a focus on tennis. Software components include scheduling software, online program registration software, player management, and a full point of sale application. .

*Founded in 2007, Club Automation is a health club management software for consumer-based businesses, including health & athletic clubs, tennis centers, and medically integrated wellness centers. Its web-based solution currently serves over 400 enterprise-grade facilities nationwide.
