Stoke Raises $4.5M in Seed Funding

hiringStoke, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based on-demand talent platform, raised $4.5M in seed funding.

The round was led by TLV Partners with participation from Bogomil Balkansky (former VP Cloud Recruiting Solutions at Google), Flatiron Health founder Zach Weinberg, Boaz Chalamish (CEO of Clarizen), and others.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations to continue to develop the platform.

Co-founded by Shahar Erez and Hilik Paz, Stoke provides a talent-on-demand platform that enables companies to find, hire and manage freelancers at scale. The system provides organizations with a management platform for their existing external workforce, as well as integrate with popular online freelancer marketplaces, enabling users to search these sites in from Stoke’s own unified interface and easily on-board new people.
