RedPoint Global, a Wellesley Hills, Mass.-based provider of customer data platform (CDP) and customer engagement technologies, received $13.5m in equity funding.
The round was led by Camden Partners, with participation from existing and new investors.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate continued geographic expansion and deepen strategic partnerships.
Led by Dale Renner, CEO and co-founder, RedPoint Global provides software solutions for brands to connect all customer data, determine next best actions in real time, and orchestrate interactions across all enterprise touchpoints. The company’s Customer Engagement Hub solution features:
- the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to connect all data in real-time,
- Automated Machine Learning to drive real-time precise decisioning at scale
- AI Studioā¢ for machine learning and analytics, and
- RedPoint Intelligent Orchestration to personalize and optimize every moment of engagement.
Companies of all sizes including like GoDaddy, Xanterra and Keurig Dr Pepper use the solution to deliver personalized and contextually relevant experiences that optimize customer engagement.
