AppLearn Raises $25M from K1 Investment Management

applearnAppLearn, a Manchester, England, UK-based provider of digital adoption solutions, received a $25m investment.

The round was led by K1 Investment Management, an investment firm focusing on high-growth enterprise software companies.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its global presence and further develop its innovative product suite known as its ADOPT platform.

Led by Mark Barlow, CEO, AppLearn provides Adopt, an AI-powered Digital Adoption Solution that allows organizations to optimize their investments in digital transformation. By assisting users with complex business processes, infrequently performed tasks and change management activities, the software enables companies to maximize return on their digital investment, providing measurable benefits in productivity, accuracy and speed.
Its list of international clients includes a variety of the leading Global Fortune 500 companies including Electrolux, Cushman & Wakefield, IHG, Abbott and Bell, supporting users in more than 150 countries and 34 languages.
