Webflow Raises $72M in Series A Funding

webflowWebflow, a San Francisco, CA-based no-code web development platform, raised $72m in Series A funding.

The round, which reportedly valued the company at between $350m and $400m post-money, was led by Accel, with participation from Silversmith Capital, FundersClub, Rainfall Ventures, Draper Associates, and several angel investors. In conjunctyion with the funding, Arun Mathew of Accel will join Webflow’s board.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.

Co-founded in 2013 by Vlad Magdalin, Chief Executive Officer, Bryant Chou, Chief Technical Officer, and Sergie Magdalin, Chief Product Officer, Webflow provides a platform that enables everyone to create websites and apps.
The company, which currently has a team of 120+, has over 45,000 customers which range from individual freelancers to Fortune 500 companies and 1M+ users.
