Media Partners Corporation, a Bellevue, Wash.-based producer of premier people skills and compliance training programs, closed a $5.6m Series A-1 funding.
Byron Group, a privately held investment company located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, was the lead investor.
The capital will be used in three key areas:
– accelerate production of new content;
– invest in data analytics technology that proves behavior change; and
– increase marketing to expand our reach to training content decision-makers.
Founded in 1993 and led by John Hansen, CEO, Media Partners addresses people skills issues to ensure employees feel respected, safe and engaged in their work environment. The company’s content includes programs such as Once & For All: Stopping Sexual Harassment at Work and How Was Your Day? Getting Real about Bias, Inclusion, Harassment and Bullying.
Media Partners measures its programs’ positive impact on behavior and the work environment through data analytics that allow large and small organizations, corporations, government agencies, and non-profits, to navigate both compliance requirements and culture change.
