inzpire.me Raises €1.2M in Funding Round

inzpireinzpire.me, an Oslo, Norway-based startup which humanises advertising via its data-driven influencer marketing platform, raised €1.2m in funding.

The round, which brought total funding-to-date to €2.2m, was led by Schibsted Media Group, with participation from SNÖ Ventures, Thomas Falck (Chairman of Investinor, the largest and most active VC in Norway), and Martin Ingemansson (Managing Director at Facebook Nordics). As part of the investment, Kajsa Gatenbeck, Investment Manager at Schibsted Media Group, is joining inzpire.me’s board.

The company intends to use the funds for continued product development, growth in existing Nordic markets as well as expansion into new markets.

Founded in 2016, by CEO, Mats Lyngstad, and COO, Marie Mostad, inzpire.me is a adtech startup connecting brands and influential content creators to facilitate the generation of authentic brand stories.
It is available in over 100 countries and its innovative platform is currently being used by a diverse group of around 10,000 content creators and more than 3,000 brands, ranging from multinational corporations, such as L’Oréal and Universal Music Group, to NGOs, including Unicef and Greenpeace, as well as small businesses.
The company employs a team of 22 talented people from 11 countries.
