Impartner, a Salt Lake City, UT-based provider of a Saas Partner Relationship Management (PRM) solution, acquired Amplifinity, an Ann Arbor, MI-based provider of referral partner management software.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition includes Amplifinity’s referral marketing software, which automates and formalizes the referral process for lead generation at scale and includes its incentive management technology and integrations to a suite of payment fulfillment providers to reward the shadow channel of non-traditional partners – such as industry-based consultants, service providers and independent software vendors who help implement technology given their role as advisors – in the manner they most prefer.
Amplifinity’s team – led by CEO Bill Weissman – will remain in the company’s Ann Arbor, MI, offices, adding a Midwest team of developers to Impartner’s global Channel Innovation Labs, made up of engineers, data scientists, UX and UI professionals and channel strategists.
Led by Joe Wang, CEO, Impartner provides Saas-based partner relationship management solutions which allow companies worldwide to manage their partner relationships and accelerate revenue and profitability through indirect sales channels.
