360insights360insights, a Whitby, Ontario-based Channel Incentives Management (CIM) provider, acquired The Ohana Companies, a Wilmington, DE-based consumer rebate platform provider.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

With the acquisition, the company will add Ohana’s consumer rebate solution to optimize channel incentives investment to its existing offerings.

The company’s Channel Success Platform™ is an integrated software-as-a-service solution enabling brands to optimize their channel incentives spending.
It serves over 150 brands and has expanded to have operations around the USA and UK.

Led by CEO Eric Rubino, Ohana fulfills rebate, incentive and digital games/sweepstakes in a variety of ways. It sends physical and electronic prepaid cards with branding, gift cards from thousands of merchants, electronic codes via email, and physical merchandise. Each fulfillment vehicle is accompanied by a custom marketing message. The incentive platform can support point based incentives with point redemption from a reward catalog. It can customize a reward catalog based on a given target audience, choose as many or as few products to feature in the catalog.
