TurboTenant, a Fort Collins, CO-based free online platform for tenants and landlords, raised $6.5m in Series A funding.
The round was led by RET Ventures with participation from previous investors including Access Venture Partners in Denver, Colorado.
The company plans to expand its marketing and development teams to accelerate customer growth and product innovation.
TurboTenant provides an online platform for tenants and landlords across the United States featuring marketing syndication, online applications, tenant screening, lead management, and communication tools. Rent payments and communication tools will soon be launched.
More than 200,000 landlords in all 50 states use the platform.
