The Nue Co., a NYC-based supplement brand, raised $9M in Series A funding.
The round was led by Waldencast, with participation from Unilever Ventures, Redo Ventures, and Columbia Care.
The company intends to use the funds to grow its direct-to-consumer subscription offering and and innovate products.
Founded by Jules Miller, The Nue Co. develops natural, science-backed formulas tailored around a personalized subscription plan. Their online consultation, which delivers a supplement plan, has been taken by over 20,000 customers so far. Alongside their D2C business, the company partners with a small selection of key retailers including NetA-Porter, Soho House, Violet Grey and Kith.
The company’s lab is based Cambridge, England. Each formula is scientifically backed and 100% natural.
