Ruby Love Raises $15M from The Craftory

rubyRuby Love (formerly known as PantyProp), a NYC-based femtech, e-commerce apparel company, announced a deal totaling $15M from The Craftory, with an initial Series A funding of $8M.

The Craftory will acquire a stake in the business as a result of the funding round. Ruby Love will be The Craftory’s first Femtech partner brand.

The company plans to continue investing in the brand’s expansion, product development and brand-related campaigns.

Founded in 2015 by CEO Crystal Etienne, Ruby Love is a femtech e-commerce apparel company which developed smart design technology featuring a discreet, built-in absorbent organic cotton liner, perfectly angled to collect flow, offering absorption and protection against leaks and stains.
The company increased sales from $300,000 following its first year to over $10 Million in sales in its third year, with product collections now including period underwear, period kits, period swimwear, activewear, loungewear, double sided-pads and incontinence boxer briefs with leak-proof protection.
