Opiniion, a Lindon, UT-based customer review and online reputation management company, raised $1.5m in Seed II funding.
The round was led by RET Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to increase its overall headcount and salesforce while accelerating product development and growth in the multifamily property management sector.
Led by CEO Justin Bingham, Opiniion provides an automated tool for businesses to collect authentic real-time feedback from customers in the Multifamily property sector. The solution, which integrates with the industry’s top customer relationship management (CRM) systems including Entrata, RealPage and others, provides ‘in-the-moment’ feedback, helping properties generate positive online reviews, capture meaningful resident experience data, and make data-driven decisions to improve resident experience and increase revenue.
