GovQA, a Chicago, IL-based provider of government enterprise workflow software, received an equity investment from Frontier Capital.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. In conjunction with the funding, Michael Ramich, Partner at Frontier, and Tim Bechtold, Frontier Vice President, will join the Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds for the rollout of its Exchange Workflow Platform to government agencies across the country.
Led by John Dilenschneider, CEO, and Greg Pengiel, Chief Technology Officer, GovQA provides an Exchange Workflow Platform to handle high-volume workflow processes for almost 700 of the largest cities, counties, and state agencies. Governments use the company’s SaaS-based platform to process a variety of work streams for open records, interagency, subpoena, correspondence, and other complex workflow and case management activities.
