Clear Review, a London, and Bristol, UK-based HR tech company, raised £2.6m in Series A funding.
The round was led by AlbionVC with participation from Mercia Technologies.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product development, build out a US presence, and consolidate its position in the UK market.
Led by Founder and CEO Stuart Hearn, Clear Review provides a a continuous performance management system featuring a framework of developmental conversations supported by real-time feedback and agile goals.
The performance management software enables future-focused developmental conversations to improve performance, the setting of adjustable goals of varying lengths, which can be aligned upwards to organizational goals, accurate feedback and features talent snapshots which enable managers to provide performance insights in minutes.
The company currently serves over 150 organizations.
