B/2BNOW Raises Seed Funding Led by Esker Partners

b2bB/2BNOW, a Wisconsin-based provider of electronic data interchange (EDI) solutions for the SAP S/4HANA Cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, received a seed funding round of undisclosed amount.

The round was led by Esker, a worldwide leader in AI-driven process automation solutions and pioneer in cloud computing, which was responsible for 40% of the total amount raised and will be joining B/2BNOW’s board of directors.

The partnership is focused on providing automation and an improved experience on S/4HANA and allowing customers to prepare for the transition from SAP’s legacy ERP business suite, of which SAP is discontinuing support by 2025.

Led by Mike Kersels, CEO and founder, B/2BNOW is a strategically focused B2B Cloud Solution that is positioned to serve SAP’s S/4HANA global customer community. The company automates, integrates and manages the exchange of critical business data between S/4HANA systems and external business partners.
