WorkForce Software, a Livonia, Mich.-based global provider of cloud-based workforce management solutions, received an equity investment from affiliates of Evergreen Coast Capital Corp., the technology-focused private equity arm of Elliott Management Corporation.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the investment, Evergreen will become equal partners with Insight Partners, which has been the majority investor in WorkForce Software since 2014.
The company intends to use the funds to expand into international markets and to scale its renowned customer experience.
Founded in 1999 and led by Mike Morini, CEO, WorkForce Software provides cloud-based workforce management solutions that enable employees and managers at enterprise and mid-sized organizations to digitize time and attendance processes, optimize employee scheduling, simplify absence management, and gain strategic business insights.
