VirtualHealth, a NYC-based provider of a SaaS platform for care management and population health, closed a Series B financing round.
The round was led by Edison Partners with participation from existing investors.
The company, which has now raised more than $25m in total funding to date, intends to use the funds for rapid growth and product innovations.
