Litify Raises $50M in Series A Funding

Litify LogoLitify, a New York City-based provider of a software platform for managing law firms, raised $50m in Series A funding.

The investor was Tiger Global Management LLC.

The company intends to use the funds to expand product line, continue to invest in customer success and scale operations.

Led by Reuven Moskowitz, founder, Litify provides a software platform that allows law firms to manage their relationship with their clients and grow the business.
Built on top of the Salesforce.com platform, the company’s software provides an extensible platform for client relationship management, document and case management, internal and external communication, and more.
The financing will be used to fund Litify’s continued growth and general operations, with a focus on expanding its offerings to a broader customer base, including in-house counsel, a corporate law offering for mid-to-large size firms, and an off-the-shelf solution for smaller-sized law firms.
