Imperva, Inc., a Redwood Shores, CA-based cybersecurity company, is to acquire Distil Networks, a provider of Bot Management solutions.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Imperva will integrate the Distil Networks’ solution into its security stack to deliver complete protection for applications and APIs, wherever they reside.
