Veruna, a Hopkinton, MA-based InsurTech company that develops a Salesforce-based agency management platform, closed a $6m Series A funding.
The round included participation from two undisclosed insurance carriers.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations.
Founded in 2015 and led by Bob Scullin, CEO, Veruna offers a cloud-based, Salesforce-built agency management system that targets independent agents. Product features include a full suite of functionality that replaces existing legacy management systems and guides agencies on to a more modern platform.
