Travelstart, a Cape Town, South Africa- and Dubai, UAE-based online travel company, received an investment from HarbourVest.
The financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds for further expansion in geographies and growth in new verticals.
Founded in 1999 by Stephan Ekbergh, CEO, Travelstart is an online travel company doing business across several African countries as well as across the GCC.
