Pluralsight To Buy Developer Productivity Platform GitPrime, for $170M

The acquisition is expected to close the week of May 6th, subject to customary closing conditions.

Led by Travis Kimmel, co-founder and CEO, GitPrime provides a developer productivity platform for organizations of any size to use data to debug their development processes so engineers can spend less time waiting on others and more time working on what matters. It aggregates data from git repos, ticketing systems, and pull requests and transforms them into insights and reports.
GitPrime is connected to every major code repository in use today, including GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab, and others.
