Lora DiCarlo, a Bend, OR-based company dedicated to bringing human-like robotics to sex, raised an additional $2m in financing.
The round was led by the Oregon Opportunity Zone Limited Partnership. with participation from new investor Richard Kado, President of Kado Family Inc.
The company intends to use the funds for the for manufacturing and commercialization of Osé, which tackles the “taboo” topic of vagina-specific orgasms.
Led by Lora Haddock, Founder and CEO, Lora DiCarlo is advancing Osé, a product designed for hands-free blended orgasms which uses advanced patent-pending micro-robotics to mimic the sensations of a human mouth, tongue, and fingers.
The company, which has raised a total of $3.2 million to date, plans to hit the market in the third quarter of 2019.
